Welcome. I offer counselling to adults, both in-person in Bristol and online.
People seek counselling for many reasons. You may be looking for support to cope with life events such as bereavement, relationship problems, or with physical ill health. Perhaps you have found that trauma from the past is preventing you from living fully in the present. Maybe you have work and life stress or you’re struggling with depression, anxiety or addiction. Or you may feel that life is okay, but you want to learn more about yourself and to find more meaning in your life.
I offer a confidential space for you to explore your current life stresses, thoughts and emotions. I listen to you without judgement and help you to understand what is happening for you in the present and if you wish, to look into the past and how this influences your life now. This exploration can help you make sense of your difficulties. It can also give insights and help you find a clearer way forward.
